When Your Home Settles

Prior to the settlement of your home, you’ll need to contact the appropriate utility companies to have billing discontinued as of the day of settlement. Below are utility companies for Derry Township, which may or may not apply to you.

  • Driver’s license(s)
  • Personal check book
  • Spare keys (including mailbox if applicable)
  • Garage door openers (code to keypad if applicable)
